How many people can be in a trip?
At the moment there is no limit for the number of people that can be in a trip.
What is the storage limit for a trip?
At the moment you get 15GB of storage for free! You can always upgrade to premium for more storage.
How long do the trips last?
Gallery albums are kept available for 3 days for free since the group is created. You can always extend this period by upgrading to premium.
What is the status of a trip after it expires?
When a trip expires, it is kept for an additional two days. Access will be restricted and after a 48 hour period it automatically deletes.
Can I upload videos?
Yes! ShareThePic allows you to upload videos in their original quality, without compression.
How does pricing work?
ShareThePic is for free! Premium storage and additional time limits is per trip, not per user. So you can upgrade only if you need to, and it includes the whole group!
Do the photos keep the original date?
Yes! ShareThePic preserves all original metadata including timestamps so your library stays organized.
