Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes, absolutely! There are no monthly subscriptions, hidden fees, or recurring charges. You pay once to unlock the package for your trip and that's it.
Does everyone in the group need to pay to upload or download?
No! Only one person needs to upgrade the trip to Premium. Once upgraded, all other members of the group can join, upload photos and videos, and download files in original quality for free.
What happens after the trip album lifespan expires?
Once the trip duration ends, the album locks. You can still recover your photos for 48 hours. After that, the trip and its content will be deleted permanently. We recommend downloading original files before the deadline or upgrading to a Premium plan to extend the album lifespan.
Can we upgrade our trip duration later if we need more time?
Yes! You can upgrade your active trip at any time. Simply extend the duration by selecting a longer plan from the upgrade panel in your gallery settings.
How do I split the payment with my travel friends?
Since it is a single one-time payment, one person pays upfront, and then you can easily split it using apps like Splitwise, Venmo, or Revolut. It ends up costing only around $1.00 per person for a group of 5!
